We’ll flow through remembrance, meet what challenged us, surrender what no longer serves, rekindle our awe for life, and arrive in stillness ~ grateful, aware, and ready to begin the year again as we meet the mystery with open hearts .

Bring your journal or we will provide writing papers as we move through the timeline of the past months, expect some exercises and sharing.

Begin with a warm up wave, in the middle taking pause and breaths in reflection and ending with the fundamental wave.

Live Wire is an embodied ritual theatre investigation, grounded in the movement maps of 5Rhythms®, devoted to the shapeshifting nature of physical art, and guided by the vision of Lorca Simons and Gabrielle Roth and artist Martha Peabody. Designed to inspire, refresh, re-set and connect. Our time will include movement, creative excavations, collective truth-telling and beauty-making.
